Unfortunately we do not currently offer refunds or exchanges *in stores* on items which have been bought from us.." I want all the dresses too!
Oh, this is the best news! They must have changed the policy, because it DEF used to say “We’re sorry, but we cannot accept retruns from the United States” and it was the saddest thing ever. Attention TGT!!! Hurrah!!
