70½ Beaufain StreetThis place just opened up in February, after being under construction since November of 2011 (you can see photos of the building process on their Facebook page). It has great coffee as well as a beautifully clean and minimalistic interior. I come here to write sometimes on Saturday mornings when Heavenly has to work downtown.
